Need help with something

Disc is made of type I and II collagen so I take supplements with both and hyaluronic acid. Type II collagen is specifically more effective to prevent further degeneration in disc but much harder to find in supplements. There’s also an injection called Vis Disc injection where human cadaver of disc nucleus along with “disc material” is injected straight into the disc in hopes that by giving it the make up of a disc it can regenerate itself. My doctor recommended that and I’m going to try that after getting an ablation soon.
