Definitely talk with your doctor. Make sure you give your meds time to work. Antidepressants usually take around a month or so to start working. If it's not working for you, or not working well enough, talk to your doc. There are different doses, other meds they can add to your current antidepressant, and TONS of different antidepressants to try. Don't give up ❤️

zoloft saved my life honestly. I’ve paired it with buspar for social anxiety and recently started taking it with lithium to boost its effects. I’ve had no side effects with zoloft and have been on it for about 5 years. It’s a commonly used medication and in my opinion very safe. definitely consult your doctor, it’s similar to lexapro. Personally I love zoloft and would recommend it to anyone.

Im taking seteraline right now and ive noticed it help a bit with my depression but not so much my anxiety

It helped me with my depression and anxiety. Just be aware that it may make it worse for the first few weeks. It took me 8 weeks before I noticed the full benefits and until then, it did make me more anxious at times. You have to stay consistent with taking the meds and be patient for results. If it doesn't work for you after that time, there are plenty of other medications that are similar, but this one is supposed to be the best SSRI for anxiety I believe.
