I try and take a moment to relax. Like especially when they are happening all at once. I lay down, close my eyes, and just breath. Helps calm yourself down

Distractions like music and tv can help calm tics down and having something to focus on like exercise, fidget toys, art, animals etc can keep tics calm as well. It's also best to try and figure out what triggers your tics and managing stress can help as well because for many with tourettes, including myself, stress can trigger tics.
