Help! I can't poop and it's ruining my Christmas plans

So I don't actually remember what it's called but I have this condition caused by primal trauma that stops me from being able to poop frequently and I haven't been able to go in 2 weeks. I'm in a lot of pain there's a big hard lump in my stomach and I'm going to my boyfriends mums for Christmas so I'd really like to sort this before I go. Any ideas? Laxatives don't help, fibre doesn't help. It's not so much my stomach as it is my muscles around my stomach and butt. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried glycerine suppositories x I’ve been the same for a few months but never 2 weeks , only a week at most . If it’s been 2 weeks and causing pain you may need to go a&e . However for me i still don’t feel all of it comes out so my mums looking into getting flushed out essentially I can’t remember what it’s called x

yeah I have tried them. I have never gone to a&e, the longest I've ever not gone is 3 months. I ended up managing to go today after making this post and I feel so much better but I know that wasn't all of it and this is the first time there's been blood
