Help for My Boyfriend with Schizoaffective Disorder
I have schizoaffective disorder. My boyfriend has been experiencing hallucinations, both auditory and visual. He's also very paranoid and nervous. He doesn't have any insurance. And while we completed an application for medi-cal, I'm not sure how soon he can see a doctor.
I'm not sure what to do right now to help him.

Reality testing is a great place to start. Try coming up with some ways to stop or distract the anxiety and uneasiness of paranoia. Im really sorry youre going through this. It must be really stressful.
