Honestly, hot water bottle/microwave heat pack things /heat patches (like the open the packet and stick it on things) I don’t own any electronic heat appliances though. I will say I have a acupressure mat that gives me the same sensation of deep heat that I use quite often. Not exactly a heat appliance but it has a warming feel to it

A sock with rice is good. But change the rice after awhile cause it will smell burnt

I have one of the nice infrared heating pads with jade stones on it. It is way more effective for me than any other method of heat

Heating pad… I have a heating mat I can lay on.. I love it… and it had vibration settings.

I love my xl heating pad. I'm wrapped up in it right now. I love that it can wrap all the way around me and that it can warm my shoulders and my hips. I also love warm baths with Epsom salts.

I absolutely use a large heating pad! A warm blow from a hair dryer is also my favorite!

A nice hot cup of tea or soup! It's always a nice way to warm up my insides and make my body quiet down for a little while

I have an old heated blanket (probably a proper fire hazard at this point 😬) and I love a good sock filled with rice
