Heat Sensitivity: Red and Swollen Fingers

Is anyone else more sensitive to heat than the cold? Every time I get too hot or workout my fingers are red and swollen.

I'm definitely sensitive to heat. The older I get, the worse it is. (Possibly due to perimenopause...) I overheat easily, and my feet tend to feel it first and the worst. Ironically, I also have Raynaud's Syndrome, so if my fingers get cold I have to put gloves on. There have been times in summer when the rest of me was so grateful for the a/c being cranked up, but I had to put my gloves on. Lol

yep! my hands are white/blue/purple with numbness and stinging when cold, and red, swollen, and throbbing when hot.

I’m more cold sensitive than heat sensitive, but I think it has to do with what your body is acclimated to. I’ve always lived in a desert, so hot is all I know.
