Struggling with Heat Intolerance

Does anyone else have major problems being outside? If it's more than 80°F/30°C I sweat through my shirt in like 25 minutes, get super nauseated, and feel like I'm gonna pass out.

Same! I have heat intolerance because of my dysautonomia that has worsened over the last year or so. I can't be outside in temps over 74 F or so for more than like five minutes without almost passing out lol. Sucks in the summer bc I have to basically live indoors. Sounds like you might be sensitive to heat as well. Hydrating properly and using a rechargable neck fan have really helped me tolerate it a bit more. Moisture wicking shirts and microfiber towels soaked in cold water and put around your neck might help, too. Keeping to the shade and having ready access to AC are good practices as well
