Heart squeezing and stopping with POTS

Does anyone else with POTS get the feeling of their heart being squeezed and stopping? its a newer symptom and tends to pop up more often after walking outside, but also just randomly throughout the day

Chest pressure is common (at least for me and a few friends with POTS) and it can definitely feel like your hearts about to explode or stop. I started documenting when I felt that and what my BPM was in that moment so I could talk to my EP about it
