      I was just told I have high blood pressure. It may be because I don't wear my cpap like I should

      It definitely depends on your age, it does tend to go lower as you age

      120/80 is a good normal blood pressure just to give you an idea.

      90/60 is low blood pressure where you become dizzy, tiredness, blurred vision and you should be checked out by a doctor. And 140/90 is high blood pressure and you should be seen by a doctor to evaluate.
