Thank you so much everyone. I don't drink caffiene either and I still have them daily, I'm glad to hear that I am not alone and I appreciate everyone's kind words.

Yes to much caffeine can cause it. Stay away from stress and cut back on your caffeine.

I do but I don't function without caffinee

I did for a while and they went away when I stopped drinking coffee. I’d try that.

I do, I've been meaning to go back to the Dr for them because when I was still in Maine we never figured out why

I often think im going to randomly go into cardiac arrest or drop for no reason. My anxiety got way worse after my mom passed away and i got covid. I was scared covid damaged my heart but hospital visits and drs appointments have shown that my heart is fine. My bp goes sky high at the dt bc im scared theyre gonna tell me im dying. Chest xrays, blood panels, ecg's, all show that im fine. I have slight hemolysis (break down of red blood cells) so basically anemia from a wreck i was in last year. My body still hasnt adjusted. But it always turns out im fine. I like to think my body is trying to tell me to take it easy. I start every day woth a high heart rate and can see my pulse in my eyes. And thats scary. But i remember that my body experienced trauma. And theres no shame in the amount of time it takes for my body and mind to heal. Just remember that you arent alone love, and this is a safe space. We all struggle, and no matter the struggle. We are strong. We are not our illness(es). Wr are brave. And we can conquer. ❤️❤️❤️ sending positive vibes to each and every one of you!

@Jessicca You can have heart palpitations without necessarily having a heart problem and it won't cause you harm. It just feels funny. And for your worries of cardiac arrest I've had cardiac episodes due to a heart problem and you wouldn't feel it coming. Cardiac arrest is and electrical problem so you might feel a little something but you would lose consciousness cause the heart fully stops. Heart attack is more common and is a valve issue. People don't doe as often from it and it's common for women to be in active heart attack for several days. But if nothing shows up on ekgs or imaging that's a good thing and you will be okay. Heart problems are a slap in the face and their is usually a big red flag telling doctors its there. I know it can be scary when you feel your chest flutter but remember what doctors say and try to keep grounded❤

@Javen Also get a second opinion though! My doctors missed the giant red flag on my ekg and told me I was a hormonal girl. But I knew something was wrong and from the day I had the cardiac episode I've never felt the same. I got a second opinion they emmidiatly saw my heart problem. It got me very sick and now I have a pacemaker and am doing way better! I don't want to dissmiss anything but I'm just relaying the information I've learned within this heart journey of mine. I think your body will tell you what you need to know but as someone with anxiety I do tend to panic over small things and need to remember to step back and feel what my body is telling me. Sometimes its as simple as I've overworked myself and irritated my condition so I need to sit down. I hope everything goes well for you! Sending lots of good energy your way :)
