How to Stop Heart Palpitations?

Heart palpitations are the worst. Anyone know how to stop them or get through them? :(

Maybe try the Valsalva maneuver? Plug your nose and blow like you would blow it. It also helps your ears pop. Using that maneuver tends to stop them for me.

Oddly enough, coughing makes mine go away. I’ll take a deep breath and give a forceful few coughs and then it goes away.

I don't like them either sometimes I feel like I'm stuck in a different place and I trying to make people see but all they can say is oh your fine

they are the worst :( I don’t really have any tips other than just push through them and remind yourself that you’ve done it before. that’s what’s helped me a bit
