i had a echocardiogram too and also have mild mitral regurgitation! but my doc said it doesnt cause symptoms

Also are you drinking enough water and getting enough magnesium and sleep? Those things do affect it. As does caffeine—if you drink a lot of caffeine try cutting it out.

If you’re really worried go and get an echocardiogram. I got one and found out I had mild mitral valve and tricuspid valve regurgitation but they said it was nothing to worry about. As long as you are not having shortness of breath, bad chest pain or severe swelling in limbs you are probably fine.

i had covid a year and a half ago and still have them :(

Yes I did for a few months after I had Covid. They eventually got better.
