Constant Heart Palpitations - Seeking Advice

Has anyone had problems with heart palpitations? I’ve had them before when I laid down. But for the past 2 months I’ve had them almost constantly.

Sounds like POTS potentially. So ask your GP if you can for a referral or I’ve heard sometimes GP’s diagnose it themselves

I just went to the cardiologist and they put me on a heart monitor for a week. Yes! Please keep me updated ❤️

Yes, I get them all the time when I lay down for bed. I thought maybe it was anxiety about me going to bed. I'm really not sure, but I have a doctor's appointment next Monday and I plan on asking her about it and I will keep you in the loop
