Hey Beethie! I go through the same thing, even though it has not happened as often as it used too I still get random heart palpitations. Unfortunately I have not found a way to solve the heart palpitations besides understanding that they happen due to the natural flight or fight response during panic attacks or anxiety attacks, this helps me to calm down and understand why they are happening.
