Dealing with Heart Palpitations: Seeking Advice

sometimes i go days amor even a week without a heart palpitation but sometimes i go through spells and i have them multiple times in a day ,am i the only that’s goes through that? and how do i help them?

Hey Beethie! I go through the same thing, even though it has not happened as often as it used too I still get random heart palpitations. Unfortunately I have not found a way to solve the heart palpitations besides understanding that they happen due to the natural flight or fight response during panic attacks or anxiety attacks, this helps me to calm down and understand why they are happening.
