had a really awful episode last night, but it wasn’t gone when I woke up. Still so painfully conflicted about what to do, and my hands are so shakey. For a second, my heart felt like someone was squeezing it really hard and so I just lay there for a minute trying to catch my breath. I don’t know if my heart issues are psychosomatic or an actual problem, but doctors have turned me away and said I’m fine after taking my vitals and weight.
