Concerned about my heart health, seeking advice

I haven’t officially been diagnosed. It started with some heart aches not too severe. I noticed on my fit bit bpm 108 when doing nothing. Am a bodybuilder but my diet has been junky. I feel one of my arteries maybe getting clogged. I started water fasting and my heart is under control. Looking to use autopagy to eat up the clog. Been taking Hawthorne, fish oil and cq10 plus spirulina. Not looking for surgery here. Am late 30s done with bodybuilding only light cardio and stict diet for now. What are your experiences?

I have CHF and take many medications twice daily including a diuretic once a day. The diuretic is very restricting because I have to go to the bathroom frequently and with urgency. I believe I am at stage 2 on the spectrum for kidney disease. I am sure the diuretic damages my kidneys. I see my cardiologist every 3 months. You can not drink a lot of water if you have CHF because your heart can’t pump it out of your body hence the diuretic. I forgot the exact number but I think it’s no more than 60 oz. of water daily. Yes, I’ve had echo tests. Echo shows my heart is functioning well since taking Entresto. What are you doing to exercise your heart?

Uncrowded ruler... yeah I completely understand why you want to go natural! I'm currently waiting for my cardiologist appointment as it's not being managed right now and I'm miserable. And yes at first there were some side affects fatigue and some left sided chest pain but they went away after a couple weeks. It did help, just made my blood pressure too low since mine is already on the low side

Betsy1120... for my tachycardia I was taking a beta blocker (metoprolol succinate er) which is actually a blood pressure medication so lowers heartrate and blood pressure. I had to stop taking it because it made my blood pressure too low. Maybe you tried it already? Or maybe there's a reason you're doctor hasn't prescribed it for you?

So far max heart by todays measurement (was at the gym) was 137…..max hr for my age is 183. So how are you managing yours?. Did that drug have any side effects.

Hi. I'm new here. My tachycardia was diagnosed 10 years ago. After my mini-stroke, I was hospitalized. And my blood pressure it's been high since then and my tachycardia as well. I"m on 10 different medications for it. I'm on a nonsalt diet. And no caffeine. But it not has been controlled. And because of so many medications now I have Chronic Kidney Disease and my kidney doctor just doesn't know why it's that. He it's just monitoring me. And I feel like I"m in a vicious circle. To lower my HBP.have to take the medications, which keep hurting my kidneys. and I"m out of ideas to lower. And I did so many diets and pills. And still have tachycardia and high Blood Pressure. If any have any ideas. Please share. Thanks lot.

water fasting works amazing to lower 🩸 pressure. By day 3 the hunger disappears. Something called autophagy kicks in and starts repairing your body. 1. You need sugar free /calorie free electrolyte supplement (Amazon sells them). 2. You need to check with your doc if you are healthy enough to fast. 3. You need space away from all stress while your body repairs it self. Look it up it’s called autophagy. I used it to heal a pesky lower back injury.
