no problem! Some things that help with my high heart rate includes ice packs on my wrist and back of neck and staying in cool dark area for a bit as well as deep breathing. There are other ways to lower heart rate quickly as well. My doctor recommended compression socks and staying super hydrated which helps a bit but still I get weird random symptoms all of the time it’s a struggle! I hope you can see a doctor soon or find some relief! Keep track of symptoms and monitor and it should get better. I actually felt better after about a year and 3 months and then I got Covid for the second time and feel like I’m starting all over again with Long Covid 😅😅
