Heart Attack Symptoms Ignored by Doctors for Years

does anyone else have heart attack symptoms and have dealt with with for years but docters keep ignoring you as well as hospital I've got chest pain changes all the time but mainly left sided and type of pain also changes with cramps and pain in left arm. and under armpit aswell as nausea and weird taste in mouth. sometimes short or breathe and nausea aswell as dizzyness and sweating all the time but I just keep getting ignored and it's making my mental health bad it's been nearly 5 years and it's just getting worse

      @stinky238 thanks is it a daily thing over years though cause like I don't see how one day I can have anxiety but be fine my whole life has been shit but then it all of a sudden turn into pain and sickness daily for years with no results and thanks I'm just going to have to push and push because I'm not me anymore and I hate it

      Hi! I have had the same thing over multiple years, chest pain that moves from upper chest to under my breast, if you deal with anxiety or extreme stresses I found my body started giving me physical pain as I was ignoring my anxiety, doctors are not the most helpful and if you find one with patience and understanding in the mental to physical pain pathway HOLD ONTO THEM hahahah either way best of luck!

      Look into pericarditis which I experience, also indigestion and anxiety can cause heart attack like symptoms

        @Igglepiggle is it something you deal with daily the pericarditis and yep I know I just thought that maybe if I took indigestion tablets or anti anxiety meds it would stop also tried taking nsaids for inflammation tried each for 6+ months with nothing helping

          @lcplbubles don’t take things when you don’t know the problem it can make it worse, go to ur gp/ family doctor and sit down and talk about your symptoms and go through testing that way hospitals aren’t the place once they’ve determined it’s not a heart attack they can’t help you

          @lcplbubles no not for me, mines not normal I have autoimmune diseases and lupus is what causes my pericarditis so I get it during flares but it lasts weeks when it happens and my inflammatory markers go very high and I vomit from pain and can’t lean back have to sleep upright and can’t really breathe so end up in hospital unable to breathe and they have to give me iv and run loads of tests even tho it’s not a heart attack I’m also tachycardic during these episodes
