Dealing with Heart Attack Symptoms: Can Lifestyle Changes Help?

so I feel like I've been getting heart attack symptoms this past month ...is there anyway you can change the outcome even if you already have symptoms? I changed my diet don't eat unhealthy anymore and get exercise also I'm on a low sodium diet

Something to look into but I get more heart attack like symptoms when I have low sodium. Increasing sodium helps. If it’s medically advised or helping then disregard my post. I’ve known a few other ppl that have had the same issue with attempting to lower their sodium. Check your actual sodium levels from last labs to see.

I think they may actually help me because I cut back drastically on salt in one day I just stopped having it

If you feel you're healthy and this truly isn't a heart attack, I recommend adding 100 mg of Ubiquinol and 200 mg of Traacs Magnesium. Now, I don't know what, if any, meds you take. They have been safe for me, and I'd recommend double checking with your pharmacist or doc. It has calmed my heart down so much. ❤️

sometimes light dizziness small chest pressure at times feel like i have trapped air and occasional left arm pain

It could be panic attacks or anxiety attacks as well. Maybe check with your doctor or see a cardiologist
