Struggling with Hearing Loss and Lack of Support

I know you can get hearing apps on your phone if they refuse to listen. It's just a substitute, but I've been using it when I have to.

H.I.K.E(Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment) might be able to help provide hearing aids also go to an audiologist and ask for assistance with getting hearing aids

I have an unknown fluctuation hearing loss disease (we really don’t know what’s wrong) so my hearing changes a lot from day to day. One thing I always do when my hearing drops is to go into an ENT and they prescribe a steroid that helps bring the hearing back. It doesn’t always work but sometimes it does! If you have a sudden drop and there is a even a bit of change I suggest you get your hearing tested and to see an ENT. If they can catch it early you might be able to prolong the degenerative hearing loss. I feel for you, this is not an easy thing to go through.
