I feel you. I haven't had a period since October 2022, Im not on Bc, my hormones are normal, and Ive done multiple blood and urine pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I hope we can figure it out. I love following @yourfertilityexpert on tiktok, she is a fertility doctor but also answers questions about regulation and cycles and she does frequent lives. She does advocate to buy her services which she doesnt have to sell much, you get a lot and indepth for what you pay for, but even if you just watch her content its extremely helpful.
A normal cycle should be roughly half of that. Notice that I say roughly. Generally you should be having a period once a month, and according to what I've read online a normal cycle link can be between 25 and 35 days. If yours is consistently over 50 days, you should definitely talk to your doctor. Mine tends to fluctuate between 25 and 31 days.

A healthy cycle length typically ranges from 21 to 35 days. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional if you're concerned about your cycle length.
