There are strains that only have cbd, no thc. Could do that for a bit & then quit. Also I make rules for myself. (For example: only smoke on the weekends. Or, only smoke once a day. Or never at work. Etc etc)

Try cbd :3 or MONQ. It’s a personal aromatherapy diffuser. I enjoy it a lot

I’m also trying to stop smoking weed for awhile to see if it helps with fibromyalgia related costochondritis and brain fog - I’ve been trying edibles like gummies, capsules, and tinctures/oils, but I’m trying to slowly stop relying on THC. CBD gummies don’t do much for me, but I’ve tried a few products that are CBD + CBG and/or CBN. I think something about the combo of the different cannabinoids provides a stronger effect than CBD alone. I will say it doesn’t make me feel high in the fun way lol, but it does help provide some pain relief and general relaxation! Idk if this info is helpful in case you’re not in a state with recreational but let me know if not/if you’re looking for other ideas and I’m happy to try to help however I can 🖤
