How can I maintain a healthy diet with my issues with food texture? I'm especially nervous when it comes to fruits and vegetables because I don't like the 'squishy' ones. Should I bite the bullet and just start taking supplements?

Watching cooking shows can help. I like the way Alton Brown gives Sooooooo much info on food. Getting some extra data can help me branch out a bit when I'm feeling ready to expand
