This is dangerous advice to give but when it comes to chronic illness don't be afraid to "stand up for yourself" in a medical setting. Obviously, there are manners you should try to uphold and it is embarrassing to throw a fit, but you have to prioritize your health no matter what. Fight for the treatment you deserve and need

Therapy died wonder when and I ky when your putting in conscious effort. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. routine helps majorly!
