Looking for someone who can relate to my health struggles

Hi! I was just matched with you 7. Could I please ask what conditions you relate to? I am struggling with being overweight and overeating, sensitive joints related to that, back pain sometimes associated with work, fatigue, depression, anxiety, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, hirsutism related to the pcos, acne, and keratosis pilaris. Lol I give you this list of everything so if anyone relates they could identify and we could talk about it. I want to get healthier

I have generalized anxiety, I'm overweight, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, asthma, I get uti's also allergies, I was diagnosed in 2020 with ibs-c but since June of last yr something started happening where I can't eat anything with cream in it or I end up on the toilet all day and have had to have a stock pile of pepto bismal (I can consume all other dairy without issues), I reached out to my Dr's office am supposed to hear from a specialist soon but haven't yet.

I am overweight, but I don't overeat and mostly have a small meal or two a day, but I do have sensitive joints, fatigue, so much anxiety, pcos and acne. I've never heard of hirsutism and keratosis pilaris so imma search those two up now šŸ˜…

Therapy has definitely helped for the psychological stuff and I'm currently taking Winlevi for acne. They wanted to prescribe spironolactone but I didn't want the side effects, so I'm sticking with Winlevi right now. It hasn't dried out my skin and I'll be doing laser hair removal later on for the hirsutism. I have male pattern growth on my chin, neck, and sideburns, and my hair grows really thick on legs and genital area. I have Pili multigemini on my hair follicles.

If you check out my most recent post I have some answers for you there. I stuggle with severe depression, anxiety, fibro, and am in the process of discovering other medical issues. I am constantly fatigued and struggle with my moods. In turn all of those things made daily tasks seem impossible. There ARE simple solutions, but you have to be willing to feel better for it to have a positive effect.

I have GAD, depression, fatigue and I am having issues with over eating as a side effect of my medication. But I've always been heavier and have had unhealthy eating habits. šŸ¤—
