While I know I’ve made a lot of progress since being hospitalized dec2021, I get frustrated about the things I can no longer do. I have congestive heart failure, diabetes 2, hypothyroidism, retinopathy, macula edema. And other things Thought I was healthy until all of this got diagnosed. I’m getting where I can do more but struggle with getting winded and dizzy if I bend down. The eyesight issues make everything more difficult. Trying to adjust to all that. It is why my username says upended. Because my life was upended. One of the things that is difficult for me on this platform is that the app has a white background and small font. It is very hard for me to read. Most things I have set to black background with white font. I’ve been through a lot in life and this health stuff sure took me by surprise. Without insurance and a job, this is not easy.
