Struggling with Health Issues and Confusion

yes I been telling myself it will get better all day today It has to at this point I def feel better than I did a couple months ago I was really pushing myself than I guess I just need to rest and heal I just want to get on with my life sometimes

I did back in dec but my brain fog and confusion has been since Oct so I can’t say the connection with that one for me 😔

Did you have COVID recently? Me and a few others who have had Covid still have brain fog 😩

Woww I am currently going through the same thing. I feel so overwhelmed, cannot focus on anything, can’t be present, have heart palpitations, trouble breathing, and so much more. I feel like the only thing helping me right now is the idea that time heals everything. We should just be patient and optimistic :/
