Looking for Advice and Support with My Health Issues

Here looking for advice, feedback, support cause I'm sick of trying to figure this out on my own. Sorry if this is long. Been sick on and off for what seems forever (at least 2021 if not before. Most of my symptoms are related to upper respiratory (mostly congestion and sinus pressure that doesn't go away unless I get steroids) and I didn't think anything of it for a while cause my son started daycare last year. But seriously I should buy stock in kleenex at this point 😂 I occasionally get joint pain in my feet and wrist/hand but it doesn't always coincide with other symptoms. I'm also very sensitive to heat and get nauseated or motion sickness very easily. I've also completely lost my voice about 3 times since November which sucks cause I talk for a living. In February I asked my doc to test thyroid, allergies, and autoimmune. No thyroid issues or allergies but I tested positive for anti-dsDNA. She sent me to a rheum who did follow up bloodwork. When those results came back he put me on hydroxychloroquine but didn't officially diagnose lupus cause he said my bw was 'weird' and if it's lupus it's in the early stages (idk what that's supposed to mean). Been on hydroxy since the beginning of March. Any thoughts would be appreciated cause I'm feeling pretty lost at this point.

My only advice would be getting a second opinion about the Lupus. Having a doc basically shrug that off isn't right...

Thank you both for this. I guess I didn't think anything of it at the time but I'm gonna see how I feel at my next appointment and ask him to test for iga, IgG, or igm deficiencies
