Umm a healthy diet can help a lot. šŸ˜Š a lot of the food that is out there is either dead with no nutrients or has all kinds of bad chemicalsšŸ¤¢ Also doing hypnosis at night can help. https://youtu.be/LzfCQqalIkQ

I have lived most of my life unmedicated. I have to keep lists of things to do. I have to make sure I always put things back in the same place that way I know where they are. If I am going to school then I might opt to be medicated again. But other then that my calendar tells me what happens when. I have reminders on my Apple Watch keeping myself on track every day.

Oh, exercise rewires the brain. It may help with ADHD. Read a book titled ā€œSparkā€
