New to the Platform and Looking for Health Connections

Thank you everyone for your suggestions and well wishes!! @sleepy yeah I do try to follow an anti inflammatory diet most of the time but sometimes that’s really hard to do. Im also on different medications and have been trying different medications for a couple years now

@Tricky99 have you tried anti-inflammatory diets? Or do you have any meds prescribed for those conditions? I’m sorry that sounds super rough :(

Trickey99 i honestly understand. I don't have those conditions. I have type 1 diabetes and right now my sugars wants to go all over the place and can't figure out why and I eat like my diabetes doctor tells me to. And its a Rollercoaster.

Honestly I’ve been doing the best I can but some days are just so hard, I’m in so much pain. I just wish I could get my ra and fibro under better control!
