Constantly Worried About My Health
I’m just constantly lately thinking I’ll have heart attack or stroke because if getting Covid and most of all having vaccines which they are not sure how they will affect us later. Wondering what health issue it will cause in me. Had several friends just die of heart stacks blood clots. Makes me wonder. Does anyone worry like this? Terrified of any medical tests.

I'm terrified of medical tests too, and avoid even regular checkups. I wish I was the other way around sometimes, it would force me to go to the doc.
And my health anxiety is over other things, but I get the constant fear and worry. Just know the likely hood that'll you'll be just fine is high.
I've had covid and 3 vaccinations, as did my hubby, and we're just fine. I think complications from covid and the jabs are rare.
