hello, lately i’ve been having the worst health anxiety i’ve ever had and it’s starting to affect how i live my everyday life. i live at home right now for the summer and i constantly feel chest pressure, which is likely anxiety but i immediately start worrying that maybe i have covid. i do everything to keep myself safe (mask, sanitize, distance) but the folks i’m living with at home have stopped doing so even though i’ve asked them to please continue because it’s not over. i’m very worried all the time and i’m struggling right now with a possible illness (unsure if it’s anxiety or not). any tips for telling the difference between intense anxiety and actually being sick?
