Health anxiety! I have constant impending doom. Butterfly’s in the stomach for no apparent reason, heart palpitations, chest pain but this has eased off, this used to be so regular… would feel like stabbing in the heart or a bruise being pushed on, at one point it was all day everyday! For a good year. Feeling excited but I’m not…. Dizziness, like dizzy but not dizzy, does that make sense? My breathing went really bad in December 2020, for a good 6 months I could not breathe correctly, I was in a constant state of air hunger. This has improved but is still there very often, I have good days and bad weeks where this will flare up and all day everyday I can not take a full satisfactory breath. In turn this makes me dizzy. I have so many problems which they continue to tell me is anxiety, but amongst this I am in denial of having anxiety as I have found no trigger for this, I have severe cardiaphobia and constantly think I’ll have a sudden heart attack. I’m terrified of suddenly leaving my two year old son. Everyday living is a fear. Follow my page on instagram for a more in depth reading on my symptoms @journeyofhealthanxiety Let me know if any of you suffer with this?

You sound alot like my everyday life, still fighting the dizziness, chest pains, shortness of breath and my hands and feet go numb all the time, like my toes will turn blue. Also bad stomach issues. Been through testing after testing, heart has some issues I'm on a cardiac monitor implant so my heart doctor can keep an eye on my heart for a year. Also seen pulmonary specialist, ENT, Neurologist PT, Align Chardiologist, and eye specialist, still no actual diagnosis for my dizziness. I gotten to the point of driving and staying alone scares me because I'm afraid of passing out or having a heart attack, it really over takes you sometimes. I don't know what to do. My Chiropractor told me to see a Rheumatologist or immuno specialist because she said it sounds like a autoimmune issues. I guess that's we're I'm headed next. Can I ask you did you ever have Covid I'm just curious because my symptoms started when I had Covid.

I have health anxiety and it is awful. Constantly fearing something is wrong with me. I think Lexapro is making it easier to deal with but it's still here randomly and I hate it!
Hi. Did it get a little better on its own or are you on meds or therapy? I definitely have bad anxiety. Some days are better than others but sick of it
@kay3 no meds, I have trialled meds but I feel they make me worse due to the side effects they cause! One tablet had pressure being blown into my head that had no where to go. Ended up in a and e as I thought my head would burst. It’s torture, I always feel like if I didn’t have the symptoms I suffer with I wouldn’t experience the anxiety, but the GP continues to tell me the symptoms are anxiety… I’m in a loosing battle going round in circles 😩
@JadeyBb im so sorry. I know its awful. I tried lexapro snd side effects were rough so after one day I stopped. Every day is a battle. Your not alone.
