Hi. New to the app. Have generalized anxiety diagnosis and extreme health anxiety surrounding COVID. Been through lots of trial and error with meds and ultimately off of all of them at the moment with the exception of propanolol, a beta blocker for blood pressure. I’m really struggling and always feeling sick but when I go to doctor it’s never anything. I’m wondering if there is a test or bloodwork that I can suggest to find out if there is anything chronic going on. It’s been about a year of feeling sick on top of the major anxiety. I need to figure out whether anxiety is making me feel this way or an underlying issue. What do you suggest that I do/test for?
