Suffering from headaches, anyone else with low iron?

Hi everyone! I've been suffering a lot with headaches recently and am having my hormones tested next week. Anyone else with low iron get horrible headaches?

Yes and I took iron supplements for years with no improvement until I started taking copper. From how my ND explained it to me is without the copper there's nothing to help our bodies to absorb the iron.

Lately since my seizures low deficiency and head injury three years ago I noticed my head hurts inside dull aches vision clusters blurred front lobe then it seems to move round .
