Headache from Heat Exhaustion

Has anyone had a headache from heat exhaustion or from being outside in the sun too long? i got one two days ago and it yet has not gone away.. my head is throbbing!!

Yes! I suffer with chronic migraines but heat definitely makes them worse in my case and can last for weeks. 😥 I'd definitely ask your doctor about medication if you aren't already on any. None of the over the counter stuff works well for me at least.
