Headache and Fatigue after Autistic Meltdown

Is it normal to experience a headache and fatigue after an autistic meltdown? I had enough money yesterday and it was really really bad to the point where I felt exhausted and had a headache. I don't know what things caused it but definitely missing the bus when I was right at the bus stop made it end up all coming out. then there was a guy who verbally and physically harassed me with his cane, he was an old guy who was probably paranoid, fortunately the best driver who is finally picking me up saw what was going on and helped me. He drove me to the bus stop closest to my home without picking up anyone else on the way so that I could just let my meltdown happen without anyone staring. you did a lot more than just that so honestly I think that bus drivers should be seen more as heroes and they already are.
