Headache and Dizziness: Should I Be Worried?

It feels like someone's squeezing part of my brain and I'm dizzy every time I turn my head.. I'm about to go to bed and so naturally all I can think about are the worst case scenarios.. or, you know, dying in my sleep.

I also Started taking blood pressure medication and someone said that that can also make you dizzy I have to mention it to my doctor I don’t know if you take anything like that but just wanted to mention it

I have been treated for vertigo in fhe past and it sis help. Vertigo does come back though.

Hm sounds like how my friend described vertigo! There are some stuff you can can that might be able to fix it if it's slight. Do some research on vertigo and see if it sounds right!
