hey! i’m meg and i’m new to this app. do you guys ever have trouble leaning your head against a hard surface?? sometimes when i’m in bed and i lean my head on the wall i get such a sensitive pain in the parts of my head that touched it

      Yes I do! I didn’t realize that was a fibro symptom..that’s good to know

      That does happen to me sometimes! Honestly I've just stopped using hard surfaces for that. Or I use my arms as pillows! I ended up stacking my pillows really high so it's a lot of effort to get my head to touch the wall haha.

      I'll have to experiment with that. I do get patches of skin or points in my body that just HURT for no good reason. I try to treat them gently when that happens.

      I have a hard time just sitting in a chair without full back and seat coverage with cushioning. Hard surfaces are a big no-no for me.

      I need very firm support. Too hard and too soft will trigger flare ups
