I have Hashimotos but low blood pressure and the other symptoms you mentioned are from my dysautonomia/POTS. I would look into that.

I had this too, but as the Hashi's progressed, it seemed to gradually go away. Now my blood pressure is actually high. The two things that helped me most were going gluten free and spending about six months on a course of Low Dose Naltrexone - LDN. I spent many years swinging between hyper and hypo. I think I've crossed into hypo permanently. Can't look at food - especially carbs without gaining weight...

I have hashimotos, Eds, other autoimmune disorders and many other chronic illnesses and POTS . Have you been tested for having that? I have had to over the last couple of years I receive daily saline and lactated ringers bags and I have tried every medication and this is the only thing that has kept me out of the hospital as frequently as I used to be I'm still admitted st least once a month

I have high blood pressure now. I’m almost 40. I used to have low. As hashimotos progresses for me at least, things are getting worse. I’m borderline diabetic. Kidney problems, those are the two new ones. I can’t even think about eating any carbs. I get sick. Ugh!!! No one understands.

Yes ..I use Redmond‘s relite electrolyte drink mix.. or Ultima replenisher lemonade electrolyte drink mix.. from Amazon.. super clean ingredients .. those at the regular grocery store are full of sugar and chemicals .. if you have good quality salt like Himalayan salt or Redmond real salt you can just pour a little bit like a quarter of a teaspoon in a glass of warm water and drink that it will pull your blood pressure right up.. hope the best for you!

I have both but sorry to say that I haven’t been given any advice as to a solution for either so like so many others, I just live with it.
