Dealing with Hashimotos and Idiopathic Angioedema Flare Ups

Wondering if anyone else with Hashimotos experiences idiopathic angioedema flare ups and extreme facial swelling? I just started xolair shots and am on a heavy dose of antihistamines. I’m really struggling trying to figure out the root cause of my symptoms.

So I personally do not have the facial swelling, but I had a friend who did. She went to a functional medicine doctor who did a bunch of tests and put her on a protocol of supplements and diet changes and it CHANGED HER LIFE and helped with what you’re describing. I also have Hashi’s and went to see the same doc, and it helped me a decent but not life changing amount.
