Dealing with Hashimoto's and Double Vision

Hi! New here.. I have hashimotos but a few years ago started with double vision. Have been thru intensive testing for myasthenia gravis but the doctors can’t tell me for sure if I have it or not. Wondering if anyone else has double vision issues. It started in 2016. I was diagnosed with hashimotos in 2005 and tonsil cancer in 2018.

I was having a lot of vision problems cloudiness and blurry vision but I started on B12 and it totally improve I've read that B12 deficiency can be present even if you are Labs say normal with having Hashimoto's.

I have Hashimoto and double vision. I’m sure they’re connected. Do you wear glasses? Prisms in them solve the double vision.

thank you for replying! When I first had problems I had glasses made but when I blink my vision changes so it made it worse.
