Persistent Dizziness with Hashimoto's: Anyone Else?

Does anyone else experience dizziness on the regular with Hashimoto’s? I’ve had persistent dizziness since August 2021. It’s not like vertigo where the whole room is spinning. The best way I know how to describe it is if you had just gotten off an amusement park ride and you can’t quite see straight and your head feels fuzzy. On my worse days my brain fog is bad. I can’t think well and my memory is garbage. Some months I’m only dizzy on certain days. Other months it’s every day. I haven’t found anything that helps it and I’m feeling very lost.

@Sharky I also have both of those! Have you found anything that helps during flare ups? @Ena I am gluten free, but do have a number of good intolerances. Also leaky gut, so I’m wondering if that could affect it too?

Are you eating gluten? I am asking because that is kinda how I get if I eat to much gluten. Some people have to stay away from it completely.

Yes I’ve had this problem for a couple years. I’ve had test done on my heart and many blood test. Still have no answers. I have hashmotos and adrenal insufficiency.
