Just got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. Trying to change lifestyle and habits but ADHD makes it extremely difficult. Any suggestions? Experiences?

      I have both. I feel like my ADHD medication gives me the energy I am lacking from Hashimotos. I follow the paleo diet and would recommend trying Whole30 to see how cutting out certain foods makes you feel. Once you see that feel so much better without them, it’s easier to cut them out. The one thing I can not do is find the motivation to work out. Such a struggle. 😥
