I stopped taking Prozac and started smoking. I should have weened myself off but didn’t. Smoking has definitely helped with my anxiety and depression. I don’t even smoke every day. I also recently started taking Effexor but.

Yes, very much so. I generally take a couple hits before bed. It helps me sleep and helps alleviate my anxiety the next day. If I'm having a lot of anxiety at home, I'll smoke more and it helps me calm down.

Yes, I vape and eat edibles very often pretty much everyday and it has benefited me so much. Sometimes It makes me finally feel like a normal person, and alot of the time it makes me get stuff done.

I would discourage smoking as it can very easily barrel into substance dependency. Depending on how you consume it, it can increase your chances of stroke. There other issues that arise from crossing weed with antidepressants. Whatever you do, be careful! The goal is to mitigate, not to brush it under the rug. Best regards!

It's expensive ,but does the trick. I got a love for the weed and concentrates in a pen. Yesterday, it took a little longer to calm down than I had wanted to. I had smoked a bigger piece plus started a second because it was so bad. Plus a pull off a pen too.

I'm schizophrenic so I can't smoke too much but weed is one if not my greatest help, I started smoking at 13 which is definitely too young and messed me up a little bit when I was younger and had self control issues, but now I mainly use it for my health issues and anxiety, occasionally fun too but it's helped me alot

I’m pretty sure it was doing the same to me. I was in a bad place in the past and it helped me but i think it really depends on what you are going through because now it’s made me feel cloudy and I feel like it makes my anxiety worse and it’s just CBD.

It helps my chronic pain and anxiety alot more than medication ever has. It also puts me in a good mental state and i dont feel depressed after the 'high' is over as some tend to get depressed afterwards

It helps my mood and anxiety a lot. Some strains can increase anxiety, cbd helps a lot and dosent cause any anxiety that I've noticed. Thc can also make you very dependent on it. I would definitely just so research about the strain before you buy, and remember that it can cause a dependency :) stay safe!
