Hard to Detect Symptom: What Could Be the Cause?

What are some of your triggers/symptoms if you don’t mind me asking? I have Vaso Vagal syncope & some of my triggers are standing too long, sight of blood, pain/injury, & certain smells like sterile environments. Often before an episode I have symptoms that include shakiness, increased heart rate, numb fingers & toes etc. Reach out anytime!
