Handwashing Laundry with Chronic Pain and Fatigue

A little back story, I have to handwash my laundry because our washer broke recently. Last night my chronic pain and fatigue flared up really badly and hasn't gotten any better but both me and my partner are completely out of shirts so I have to do a load and shower tonight no matter how painful it is or tired I get. Our bathroom is also pretty tiny because it's split up like a hotel bathroom with the sink in an open hall and the bathtub and toilet are crammed in a little room with just enough room for the door to swing open next to it. Does anyone have any advice on how to make bathtub laundry as easy as possible? Or anything I could get to make it easier later?

if you have access to a bucket and a plunger, or a broom handle, you can use that to wash your clothes faster/less painfully imo

I never considered a bucket but that sounds way easier!

Wash an outfit, or even just a shirt or two, while you shower. That's how I wash my bras and my partner's work shirt because he's a mechanic and I am NOT letting him ruin the washer with general Mechanic Muck on his shirt

that'll probably help in the future! I usually do just underwear and socks in the shower, I think the reason I was avoiding it is because I have to shower every other day so it ends up being two outfits/shirts for each of us, but I think it's the only easy way to get it done.
