Help with Hand Shaking due to Chronic Illness

I have POTS, EDS, CRPS, neuropathy and several other things and i’ve been struggling with my hands shaking aggressively for some time now and i was wondering if anyone had this and if anything has worked?

      Have you increased the sodium? I have fibromyalgia I don't have any shaking wish I cld suggest something

      My hands are very shaky and I’m pretty sure it’s because of my meds. I try to push through and give my hands something to do or I shake them out and that sometimes works

      Usually I just have to wait for the shaking to stop, sometimes changing positions helps but mostly it's trying to relax and wait it out...
