Hallucinations and Cancer Diagnosis: Seeking Answers

Started experiencing hallucinations and have been diagnosed with cancer of the occipital lobe, still don't know much. Just want to know why?

The occipital lobe is the part of the brain that controls vision/sight, so I'm not an expert or know much else but I'd guess that somehow the cancer is causing visual hallucinations since pressure or something is occurring on the occipital lobe. Hope that helps and good luck with treatment!
